• Possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not have a previously terminated membership due to violation of our policies
• Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable personal information

03 Membership & Registration

Upon successful registration and payment of the applicable membership fee, you will be granted access to the Penguin Global Rise business opportunity. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account with or transfer it to any third party
• Maintain and update your personal information as necessary

Membership is personal and non-transferable. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active membership account.

04 Business Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Making false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims to prospects
• Misrepresenting the Penguin Global Rise business opportunity or products
• Engaging in any form of harassment, coercion, or undue pressure
• Recruiting minors (persons under 18 years of age)
• Using unauthorized marketing materials or branding
• Conducting business in a manner that damages the reputation of the company
• Participating in any competing network marketing organization without prior written consent

Violation of any conduct guidelines may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of any pending earnings.

05 Income & Compensation

Penguin Global Rise offers a multi-tier compensation plan that includes referral commissions, matching bonuses, royalty income, and other reward structures. Important points regarding compensation:

• Income is earned strictly through legitimate business activities and team performance
• There is no guarantee of income — results depend entirely on individual effort and market conditions
• Compensation is paid based on verified and confirmed team activity
• The company reserves the right to modify the compensation plan with prior notice
• Any disputes regarding earnings must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction

06 Payments & Fees

All membership fees, renewal fees, and other applicable charges must be paid in accordance with the fee structure communicated at the time of joining. Payments are subject to the following terms:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Payments must be made through approved payment channels only
• Receipts and transaction records must be retained by the member
• Penguin Global Rise is not responsible for payments made through unauthorized channels
• Earnings will be credited to your account as per the payout schedule

07 Termination

Either party may terminate membership under the following circumstances:

• By the member: You may voluntarily resign by submitting a written request to our support team
• By the company: We may terminate your membership if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to the company or its members
• Upon termination, access to your downline, earnings, and the platform will be revoked
• Pending earnings at the time of termination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

08 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, marketing materials, and business methodologies associated with Penguin Global Rise are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Members may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute official materials without written authorization
• Create unofficial websites, social media pages, or digital channels using our branding
• Modify or alter any official Penguin Global Rise materials
• Use our trademarks or brand name in any commercial context outside the scope of the business

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Penguin Global Rise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation
• Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
• Any actions or statements made by individual members to third parties
• Technical interruptions, data loss, or platform downtime

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total membership fee paid by you to the company.

10 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We encourage members to resolve disputes through our internal grievance resolution process before pursuing legal action.

11 Changes to Terms

Penguin Global Rise reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to registered members
• An updated notice on our official website
• Announcement in the member dashboard (if applicable)

Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
